Tailwag # 2

This is the last animation I'll be doing for a while. I particularly like this one - and it only uses 2 images :)

About Me

I was born with a mild hearing loss, that was picked up when I started school. By 10, my hearing started deteriorating and by the time I was in my early 30's, I was profoundly deaf. I was given a Cochlear Implant in 1993 which gave me near normal hearing. In June 2007, the implant failed. I was reimplanted in March 2008 My success with the new implant was short-lived, because the electrodes migrated out of the cochlea. I was reimplanted in March 2009.

This blog has snippets of my life - my photography, my deafness, my cochlear implant, my blonde moments and anything interesting that happens in my life. You can also see more of my photography in my photography blog.
